Had a fully kitted skaven warlord brood horror (manticore Conversion) 1v1 against a dwarven lord with a +2strenght Axe. My Skaven warlord and his horror was completely stomped by the little midget...

It was a lot of fun hearing about a bunch of the Different Skaven heros. The warlock looks awesome and looks and sounds fun. It would also be cool to have an Assassin hero. I also have to say i don't think it would happen i would enjoy Thanquol & Boneripper mostly because i love the model and think he would look cool in the game. given there not doing end times well there it is.

The assasin With +4 ward save, quick to fire, poison attacks etc were my favorite character in tabletop, it is at least twice as good as the dark elf assasin.

well the poxrat could basicly apply cavalry rules to the warlord,making him vurnerable to polearms but strong against footsoldiers..and the poxrat could be a upgrade to that,exploding upon defeat ina a shower of plague that kills the enemy unit near it and removes it from the army at the end of the battle,regardless of win or defeat as the enemy has been posined and died :D

I love Skaven, they're so much fun to slaughter with my Dwarves! I hope they'll be added to Total War so I can do it there too. I just love how they're basically polar opposites of eachother. Skaven are flimsy and cowardly but cheap and fast, Dwarves are incredibly tough and nigh-unbreakable but slow and expensive. Far and away my favorite opponent as a Dwarf player, they make for epic battles where both sides really have a chance to make their strengths shine.

+Barubary It isnt really a sequel ... it is/should be an expansion. They only call it a sequel to legitimize asking for full price, but they did talk about a "joined campaign map eventually in the future".

The chaos warrior pack doesn't contain the skaven race it seems Since the chaos warrior DLC adds new mechanics I wouldn't be suprised if you needed that one for the other DLCs

Probably getting it from the army book, which is where the wikis and 1d4chan get their stuff too. They use the same sources, because the wikis are sometimes basically verbatim what is written in the army books

yes and no in an all infantry force the dwarves will CRUSH the entire skaven army with a few regiments of longbeards however skaven are not all infantry if the skaven can get their ranged units to snipe off dwarf units the dwarves will come out as a loss of course the dwarves can counter snipe far better but thats what the -ninja rats- clan eshin is for
