Thanks for the review For surfing the boom Would you recommend April more than June?
@SigmaSurf26 күн бұрын
yes because the boom prefers the lower interval swell. That being said there are some good left points and one right reefbreak within about 10 miles of the Boom and those breaks can go off with longer period! PV

Hi great vids. Planning a central America trip Feb 2025 with my partner who is beginner surfer Planning to surf and take my boards but also keen for some inland backpacking. What do people tend to do with boards, I've heard local buses are okay. Obviously there is a risk with this but do people often leave boards at surf accommodation for abit whilst they do some inland tourism? I've seen this quite abit in indo/sri lanka. Cheers 👌🤙

@@jamesrowe2100 pretty common to leave boards for a week or so if you are coming back, just talk to whoever you are staying with. Otherwise I've packed around pretty much all of central american with a boardbag in tow no problem. Local busses might charge you an extra two bucks to Stowe it underneath, they give you a ticket stub and you show them when you get off to retrieve it. Shuttle companies usually charge 10 or 15 bucks more in Costs because they love to rip you off but that's just the game. Other than that just don't leave it unattended in public and it won't disappear. All taxis have ties too they want that surfer cash.
