Thank you Allan. I really appreciate how you tell us about the pigments. Nice vibrancy on these and very affordable with good control for beginners and others you mentioned. I like more movement in my paints and when I want crazy movement I go with QOR. I really enjoy your reviews. Take care.💜

Thanks as well, annette. 🙏 im glad you appreciate my being a pigment nerd. Hehe. nothing beats QOR in the flow aspect, and no one has attempted yet for a contest. 🙌 unless we add ox gall in our paints, but that's a different game. 😊

@@AllanJayQuesada Yes, true. But I'll use paint that has oxgall. As long as it's a byproduct of the meat industry I believe in using the whole animal. Ox is very popular in Pennsylvania USA. I wonder if QOR has a patent on their synthetic oxgall? I'll have to look that up.

Thank you for another fantastic review, Arch. Allan! Definitely agree with you; it's odd for an "artist grade" set to have so many fugitive pigments. I believe these are just "high quality student grade" paints for hobbyists, especially since there are no lightfast reds or yellows in the set. Fun color selection, though! Would definitely buy a pan of that strange, granulating phthalo blue cerulean if you sold it in your Shopee store!

These watercolours are not produced in India, they are imported. I suspect these are Arteza colours which have been rebranded. Other companies are selling the same under different names. I've used Brustro watercolours for quite a while and the colours tend to crack in pans and develop fungus. But they are vibrant.

Yeah. Oh my. But i also heard that Arteza are very opaque. On the otherhand, Brustro aren't so. Thabks for sharing info about how they dry in pans. 🙏

These are Chinese made colours that are packed in India. Even I had a feeling these were like Arteza. I had tried these once, and regret having bought them. Honestly, I think these are TERRIBLE. 🤭

Wow, Du hast es tatsächlich geschafft noch eine neue Marke für Watercolor zu finden. Dazu muss man schon wie DETEKTIV suchen. Mir hat die sehr gut gefallen, ich musste an Gallo denken. ABER leider gibt Brusstro nicht bei Amazon zu kaufen. Ich habe einen Vorschlag für einen Wettbewerb für Dich: Du kannst ein Bild malen und die Zuschauer raten lassen, welche MARKE Du benutzt hast. Nach einer Woche kannst Du das Rätsel auflösen. Aber mache ein grosses Bild , mit Rottönen, damit es schwer zu erraten ist. 😁🖼 Du kannst Menschen malen, die sind meistens bunter, wegen der Kleidungsstücke. Alles gute 🎈🎈🎈

Ngayon ko lang napanood ng maayos😅.....ang ganda nung painting mo kuya....... Yung brustro nakikita ko dati sa shopee yan kuya. Ang mura nyan dati nung year 2020, kalagitnaan ng pandemic. Nakalagay dun sa description professional. Di ako naniniwala that time kaya binili ko nlng yung BASICS😅😑.....

@@AllanJayQuesada opo kuya meron dati sa shopee at lazada.... Nagtataka ako that time bakit professional tapos wala pang 1k yung price nya dati. During pandemic yun. Kaya nga di ako naniniwala na "professional" yan dati eh.. Hahaha.... Then nung 2021 naging 1k mahigit yung price nya sa shopee. Bibili dapat ako nun tas late 2021 hanggang 2022 unti unti ng nawawala sa shopee hanggang nawala na sya ng tuluyan sa mga online store. Di ko alam kung bakit eh
