Actually it depends these advices are for heart patients because their heart arteries viens are already dangerously blocked enough so they should strictly avoided but the person who is constantly doing exersizes hardwork being low blockage or no blockage can eat dry fruit. It is highly recommended for people who do workouts, school students who play,etc

Doctor you are the only one who’s saying walnuts are bad for health. Other reputed sites , Health gurus and doctors are saying that walnuts are among the healthiest among nuts. They’ve conducted double-blind experiments etc with huge numbers of volunteers to check and prove that this particular nut is full of health benefits and found that it indeed is healthy to eat it. Have you conducted any such experiments to prove your point: that it is unhealthy ? If you have done so, please let us all know about it, because your post on this nut is causing much confusion among us, the daily-one walnut eaters.

I read a recent study by American heart association “Triglycerides and Cardiovascular disease” which directly correlates High triglycerides to heart problems .An 88mg/dl increase in subjects raised the risk of CVD by 30% . Please advice if you think otherwise.

"Not harmful" and "reversal" are two different things. A diet extremely low in fat (less than 10% of total calories) had been shown to reverse blockage and calcification, remember not just stop or slow, but reverse to the previous state. And that is the only diet that has been demonstrated to do that. So this advice is not for everyone but heart patients. There are other mechanisms through which nuts, especially walnuts can help endothelial function but the problem is that a generalised advice cannot be given as it requires a combination and synergies of various lifestyle aspects which most people would not be able to follow accurately. Most people cherry pick advice and ruin the benefits due to other bad habits. So as a general advice for a heart patient, very low fat diet which also excludes nuts and seeds is a safe bet to stop the progression and reverse it, if followed diligently.

Sir with due respect , if you take dry fruits in a limited quantity then it's healthy.. There are two types of oils ( refined and natural), from dry fruits you will boost your HDL which is good for your heart where as refined oil and other processed oil increase your LDL levels which are harmful for your heart.. So if you do some exercise and you take dry fruits like almond, rasins,pista (plain) in a limited quantity it's very healthy..

Sir do we need fats in our daily diet?? According to our studies we are taught from childhood that we need a balanced diet which includes proteins carbohydrates and fats whereas you are boycotting all the foods which are rich in healthy fats such as nuts, dry fruits, milk, ghee, and many more. Aren't fats required for smooth functioning of our cells? What are the sources of fats that you recommended and how much gram of fats can a healthy person have each day?

Brother ... He is not professional doctor, he is just naturopathy consultant. He is spreading threats and trying hard to get business. American, British and other countries researchers have found that in our daily food intake we should Carbohydrates, Protein and Fat (Balance Food). If we follow him then we will be in his business center.
