Are Home Prices Increasing in New Hampshire?

Home prices are too high in NH…then the property taxes are very high too…I know there is no sales tax but….

A 5 bedroom and 6 bathroom single home where I live is on the market for $675,000. I looked at Manchester and saw some homes around that price, but for smaller. It was interesting.

$915,000 then $18,000 taxes!
