How long do the MSCs remain active after an IV in the body ? I've read, in medical journal reports, and heard through other KZbin videos, that they are eliminated within a day, two weeks, eight to ten months, and that some migrate to the skin capillary system and remain for a lengthy amount of time. Could you please comment on the aspect of when an individual receiving a MSCs treatment, how much time passes generally before one could actually feel or see an effect of these cells. I had an IV of 300 million MSCs at Dream Body Clinic in 09/26/21, and looking forward to another treatment soon. I'm appreciative of your informative videos on MSCs, all aspects.

I've heard and read various answers as well. From within a few days to up to a year. In general effects could take up to 3 months to be seen or felt. At our clinic in Phoenix, AZ we typically have patients report effects in 4-6 weeks. However some can be longer and some shorter, theres various factors thought to effect how soon a patient will see effects.

QQ, what is the difference between MSC and Golden cell? Is there any overdose stem cell? The reason I'm asking is that some clinics are giving 60M , 100M, and even around 300M. For example, for Autism in Mexico, they give you 100M , in panama 60M, and in your site 300M why is that? Thank you in advance.

I'm not sure, you'd have to ask the clinic in Panama why they refer to their cells as "Golden Cells". It's a trademarked name so it's some criteria they came up with. Maybe we'll trademark ours "Platinum Cells" and charge as much as they do...

Golden cells are the most potent cells from a batch of msc cells. Thr clinic in Panama picks the best from thr batch than replicates those before injection. The best are fetal stemcells from emcell clinic

Thanks for explaining! Do you ever not culture/ expand the UC MSC’s ? I know with more you can do more treatments for patients. My thought about this is maybe the stem cells may diminish in some way each time they are replicated ? And do you use PRP only in certain treatments or along with each treatment ? If so, for example, would PRP be injected intra articulately into joint space for knee joints ? Do the UC MSC’s and PRP work together synergistically? The PRP would be autogolous so if used, it would be a 2nd injection into joint space or given IV ? Way too many questions I’m sure, lol. 😅…. I will be calling for consult. These videos are very helpful. Your teaching is vital, bc it’s not like our family Doctors know much about it, or if they do they aren’t or can’t share with their patients. Sad for sure with so many people living in pain and do not want big pharma meds or traditional surgery.

Thank you so much. There is a "diminish of returns" the more you try to expand the cells. Stem cell biologist says cells are 'happiest' after the first 2-3 passes. We use PRP for orthopedics and aesthetic treatments, so it goes in the joint intra-articular and extra-articular. PRP and cells make a nice synergistic combo.

Hello Dr. If the stem cell is immunotolerant, why do some people get flu like symptoms after an injection?
@InnateHealthcareInstitute
@InnateHealthcareInstitute Жыл бұрын
Great question….the immune system is getting reset and there is direct interaction between MSCs and the adaptive immune system. So changes in T cells, B cells, dendritic cell, macrophages, after immuno modulation can induce low grade fever or flu like symptoms.

Good informative video. I don't understand why some companies recommend as much as 300 million human stem cells and others say 20 million is plenty because they are going to "replicate" many times over so no need to get 300 million. Would love to hear your thoughts on it.

I had a total hysterectomy and I just found out from my insurance company and the doctor who operated me that they closed the wound cuff with umbilical cord tissue, i am worried that the tissue that was used could carry cancer genes. I need help sleeping better cause this is stressful to find out after the surgery is done

I saw in another video that neither embryonic nor umbilical cord stem cells are live when injected; which is why you must use your own cells.. Can you please clarify!
@InnateHealthcareInstitute
@InnateHealthcareInstitute 5 ай бұрын
Inaccurate information. Probably from someone that is trying to sell you on using your own cells at their clinic. I don't think embryonic cells are used much anymore but there's been thousands of studies with umbilical cord MSC. It's pretty simple to prepare a sample and have over 95% viability of live cells in the sample after thawing.

how many MSCs cell can be derived from one umbilical cord before any expansion? Why do you have to expand it? Thanks!
@InnateHealthcareInstitute
@InnateHealthcareInstitute Жыл бұрын
On average, a single umbilical cord can yield tens of millions to over a hundred million MSCs. Expansion is crucial so we can help more people by having more cells available.

@@traviswhitney8482 Thank you for your response! Just one more question. Is it possible to combine PRP injections with stem cells therapy?(Maybe stem cells intravenously and PRP into trigger points.) IDK if that's reasonable for FM

@@alexukadzer1959 Yes that's possible. Or add cells to the prp for trigger points as well.
