That’s incorrect Kevin. You think they’ll bother using this tactic to possess individual houses. No. They’re buying large plots of new build houses from the big developers. And so far have only a few 1000. They moved from lending for commercial Properties to residential early in the pandemic as a strategy. I know this as I have a manager there and both comm / resi loans. There’s no conspiracy here. But you can keep scare mongering to sell your courses. 👍

Kev - can you not admit that there is a link between no skill landlords like yourself getting loans for properties from banks like Lloyds and ONLY ever paying the interest off these loans and then remortgaging / borrowing more money from the properties that you have never worked for ? Kev you must see that you are just doing what the banks want - you are just a bank slave - screwing families all the way - just to avoid real work ! I’ve been watching your videos for a while .. you seem like a good chap that has just lost his way a bit .. and I think all these new videos you are doing about banks show that you are in denial but also … even you cannot deny facts - you rent homes from the banks and make the banks richer and give them more power ! If you have a problem with banks owning properties ( every human should !) then you and all the other ‘developers / investors should stop encouraging lazy people to rent housing on interest only mortgages and start telling people to buy homes on residential mortgages .. The only way to beat the banks is to take away their power .. not make them richer
