I’m currently eating food in my car at a fast food parking lot during lunch as they started to joke on Andy for doing the exact same thing 💔🥲

If I thought 30 years old was too late to start learning and doing new things, I would End myself. I spend a lot of my early twenties and mid-20s with very bad untreated depression and I only started getting piercings and singing again more when I was in my late 20s. then again I'm also queer and I came out a little late and our Life path in the queer community does look different than a lot of Street and CIS people. At the same time I think if you were too afraid to do something in your twenties or if you were going through a lot of stuff like trauma, It's totally never too late and your 30s can totally be that time you have to still live in your youth and totally get a lot done. Last year I was healthier than I have ever been and I've totally had setbacks but as long as you can get up and have the energy to do stuff you should. I see people on Instagram in their '60s and '70s doing covers of brand new songs in really quirky fun ways like this one woman is pretty amazing and it's like the woman is Old enough to be my grandma.

This is awesome to hear! You have an excellent mindset. My Grandmother left an abusive marriage with my grandfather with $500 to her name and essentially had to restart her entire life. She went to college at 40 and got her masters in behavioral psychology while taking care of my mother on her own. You are NEVER too old to grab life by the handlebars and ride that shit into a better tomorrow.

I get Tim's appreciation for the simplicity of a Krispy Kreme. To me though, the perfect basic doughnut is a really good maple bar. I'm choosing that 9 times out of 10

Greg’s “Workd Food and You” class is literally what I went through my freshman year of college. I signed up for western history class and it ended up being all about food. I had to do a paper on McDonald’s lol

Andy as someone who also takes a significant amount of vitamins and meds, don’t take vitamin C with Adderall much like the stimulant I’m on (vyvanse) vitamin c affects the absorption and therefore the affects of the adhd med so you could be reducing the benefits of it by doing it that way. Also I take my multivitamin at night and have my pro/prebiotic gummies first thing in the morning to but it doesn’t fill me up it’s the vyvanse reducing my appetite that does that.

Sounds like Tim would like the Tim Hortons standard glazed Donut or a Honey Cruller. Looking it up the Honey Cruller would be a French Cruller at Dunkin Donuts.

The best simple donut hands down is the Dunkin Donuts Chocolate glazed. It’s a cake donut, nothing on top, just chocolate & perfect.

@TopCheeseBarDown2 ай бұрын
I haven't watched yet, but the effectiveness of taking vitamins is heavily debated. They don't really do much for you unless you're very deficient, and even then you'd be better served to eat food where your body will absorb way more of the nutrients/vitamins. There's even some studies that say taking multivitamins can cause more harm than good.
@TopCheeseBarDown2 ай бұрын
After listening, it’s worse than I thought lol. You need to be taking vitamins with food, like actual food, that way your body absorbs it better. Eating them on their own is even more useless.
@gogomonstertruck2 ай бұрын
I wonder if Andy knows that your body can’t actually absorb vitamins without food also being present. Likewise supplements/vitamins have no real health benefit if you are eating regularly.
