I had a "bad" day today. I seen myself in the middle of the day "beating" myself. I stopped for a while and I saw that I liked to being miserable 😄. It might sound strange but my brain asking for more self made scenarios to fight back. Because mostly those were exaggerated picture of the day events. Complaints don't help, fight back don't help, run away don't help, only awareness and wisdom. I am o the right path even I am struggling still a lot. Peace to all!

This video is so cool..colored characters, alter voice..production quality is super. Shade is amazing as always! On the topic itself, something that I would like to add: mind chatters much more or more negatively when energy of the system is running low or getting blocked from flowing naturally.

Sometimes holding yourself back because of inner voices can really cause you A LOT! on the other hand they could also be early alarms to predict bad things defore happening. I think how you train yourself about controlling your emotions and behaviours is the best answer to (let's say) relay on your inner voices, which could be (instincts!). I'm glad I found your channel btw! It's very informative and have a stunning content! can't wait to watch the second part.

@ShadeZahrai3 жыл бұрын
I's sorry to hear. Much fewer people spend time judging others than we think. Everyone has enough concerns in their lives. When we focus more on how we can be of service and value to the world it takes the attention away from our lower-self and focuses it on our higher-self. That part that is courageous, kind, confident, wise and secure. Each ones of us is a "mine full of gems of inestimable value." I wish you the strength to free yourself from these worries and the freedom to just be the best version of you! 🧡🙏🏽
