The teachers stopped me from singing an Anime Opening at a school talent show when I was little… haha.. And I still stand by that It is NOT cringe to sing Anime Openings at a talent show! (Hosuh)

I also have some more advice to give! To avoid being cringe, try to be considerate of other people. As Hosuh said, the feeling of cringe is based on empathy, so if you do something inconsiderate that makes someone uncomfortable or feel any sort of other negative emotion that'd be pretty cringe, my guy

i would also want to add that the opinions of people who cringe at you and bully you for just being yourself are ultimately not the ones that matter but those who truly accept you for who you are. it's a difference in opinion at the end and you particularly can't agree with Everyone, so you don't need to stress yourself over it. (though i do get where stephen is coming from as someone who was also bullied, it's rouuugh u-u though that's a whole other topic)

Note to self: don't eat while watching a Plan3 video Anyway, regardless of when and what you do, there may always be an element of cringe to it (I'm specifically talking about cringe towards one's self). Accepting and even embracing it can lead to more confidence in that moment so that you can cringe in private later (e.g. myself O.O). (obviously there are some cringe actions that should be addressed in that moment if they are harmful, offensive, etc.)

The older you become the more sentient you realize how cringe you *were* but now that you're older your beliefs become more stable and in a couple years at a certain stage those same beliefs will be the same or similar yet more built on so you don't see them as cringe
