I've never seen someone so aggressive make everything seem so calm and humane. Props to you on doing it all right. Lots of mistakes people make. Love you for that.

The doberman look like she will be very receptive to training. Hopefully she calms down a little but she has a big food drive and she kept looking up at you 4 direction even though she knew you had food. Good luck. Good videos!

Excellent video jello. My corso pup is coming along nicely. Been practising my pack walk (15 min short walk) my Staffy and Biscon don’t appreciate the slow coach we now have with us but they put up with it. 🤣

I walk my husky/wolf mix and my german/mut mix all the time with one hand. And its always funny seeing the looks of everyone's face when they pass by in their cars. My favorite are the police officers faces. I honestly forgot what i did to get them to where im at now but the beginning wasn't a breeze.

Positive reinforcement, instant uncomfortable feedback, establish leader of the pack, patience and calm, practice in packs, learn in low stress low distraction environments. Transferable tips on how to also train your elementary students. I’m a teacher and I found this helpful 😂

You think a prong collar is positive reinforcement? Lol
@eugenekong99723 жыл бұрын
the treats were positive reinforcement and the collar didn’t seem misused but used just enough to create a discomfort to communicate to the dog when their attention is required. “you need to work on leash pressure. You don’t need to be yanking the collar” There are techniques teachers may use to communicate to your students when they are doing a behavior that is not favorable to the classroom setting for their learning environment and also for others. For example I heard of a teacher placing a ticket on every desk in the beginning of the day and when they behave in a way that doesn’t follow expectations than the teacher takes the students ticket for day away. It causes “discomfort” for the student which is a way to communicate to the student when they behave in a specific way there is a consequence. Of course this is to deter them from a certain behavior.

owner of red nose APBT, rott, GSD, European dobbie, and brindle bull mastiff here. all male. this is the only video on KZbin showing some small details comprehensively. at beginning stage, to lift up your feet upon turning/changing direction is the right way to indicate the change of path. alternatively, you can turn your body either way around 45 degree but hold on there for a second for your dog to catch up with you at least. it's an interaction here (make sure your dog is paying attention). at a slightly more advance stage, you can make a complete reverse change of direction, but stop there and wait for your dog to responses to it. if you don't have this interaction between you and your dog, then you would find yourself making sudden u-turn to Tokyo and your dog still heading the reverse way to Vancouver. and that's the common scene we see in dog parks with those dog owners usually. 😝🤣

Hi, I in a costal city here in Argentina and we have a male Newfoundland and he's just perfect for the water and rescue but it can be quite lazy. Wonder if it would be a good idea to mix it with a Dogo Argentino so it would get the energy from it but I wouldn't want to loose the paws and overcoat from the Newfoundland. What do you think would be a good combination...?

Can you maybe explain why my dog is so addicted to food and won’t do anything without it
@blvck_astr03 жыл бұрын
Wel it’s a dog but to be serious if your dog is extremely food driven you are at a advantage meaning you don’t “need” treats for training. Use the food for training.. make the meal the ultimate reward.
