Calm assessment, no screaming. All Well. There's one treat that is the greatest: emotions. Marking is not always verbal, just being normal and even ignoring the dog, when the dog is focused on you is an emotional marker.

2 minutes into the vid and I just realized what you were doing. I never considered that you could establish that kind of connection with a dog in that way; a type of connection that I've always wanted, but never knew how to establish. Really mind blowing stuff. Thank you for posting!

Only 7k views. Under appreciated vid. This is perfect. You must build a relationship with a dog to truly be a good leader and thoroughly train it. The dog should want to please and be around you more than anything.

This training made me really happy, what a great method and way to train and establish a connection. I see the way Uso looks and pays attention, and is super attentive to what you do and say. Great work! My uncle breeds corsos in Italy, and Im looking forward to getting one next year, I know they are a lot of work and require time and patience but I look forward to it

You are so encouraging and calm with your Brother. I watched another trainer and he yells CRANBERRY!??!! WT(BAD WORDS INSERTED) while training the trainer and viewers. It hurts to watch it and I'm surprised the dogs aren't grey haired listening to it too This video is awesome. I never thought of respecting a dogs existence until now. I always looked at them as a friend or foe because of the way people trained them to chase kids in my neighborhood, or the opposite the people in my neighborhood taught them to be fierce at all times to protect our neighborhood. Have you ever watched HOW TO TRAIN A DRAGON by Disney? Well you are reminding me a lot of the movie. I promise... YOU SHOULD BE ON NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC. Thank you again. Great calming content. I am going to be more positive towards my little Beasty, I can instantly tell the difference in how he responds to me. I don't need to rule him or use a lot of rules. I need to bond. (Sorry, I talk a lot).

We are so blessed and fortunate to have dogs! Just hard to put into words how much love they have for us, irrespective of our faults. We can learn so much from them on being forgiving and non-judgemental. Great video bro :)

Amazing progress bro, how did you start or even believe that the dobie wouldn't run away? Did you start holding the dobie with the line and then started to let the dobie roam more?
@JelloVibez4 жыл бұрын
We dont touch the line w our hands. If dobi starts to drift away, all we do is step on the line before she gets to far.

Can I do these training routines with a smaller breed of dog (Klee Kai, shiba inu)? I’m in college rn so the only space I would have is the park and I’m not sure if all the people and commotion would be productive?
@kangel84504 жыл бұрын
Loved this! Do you recommend doing this sort of training in an isolated environment with little distraction or stimulus? Like would you try to do this at a park or a more public setting? Or do you start off simple before graduating to a more distracting environment with potentially unknown variables (ie other dogs, people walking by, other people trying to call the dog, cars driving by, people playing basketball, etc)? Appreciate your videos!

You train this in a neutral space or can you do it inside the yard where the dog normally is ? Great video , I trust your methods bro, especially with Uso cause i own a corso too.
@JelloVibez4 жыл бұрын
I do this everywhere. Basically this trains you to always be aware of your puppy and also gives the puppy some space to smell and roam around without you having to chase the dog and be stressed out

What if you have a hyper alfa corso, 6 months old, followes commands very well but it's rarely calm, on hikes he's never more then 30 feet away his choice but hyper
@JelloVibez4 жыл бұрын
By 6months old, I would upgrade to a prong collar and by 6months I would incorporate other methods by now. This video is a foundation video for beginners who need a little help understanding how to tune in with a dog on another level.

I wish my dog was just calm I’ve tried everything with her and nothing works she’s dominant and there’s no way she’s giving that up She does not listen to me no matter what I do she rules the house and I can’t do anything about it because she’s out of control and unfortunately I cannot control her😩 I hired a trainer and the trainer actually just quit because she could not give my dog any improvement over a few weeks
