I'm just fascinated how you get the finish done! the rolled slate looks really nice!! With just floating it, the finish has a better pattern on it!! Again, another nice job by you and crew!! Hey Tom what brand hand tools do you and the crew prefer is it Marshall town or something else?, job looks nice the mag finish seems to reveal more of the rolled texture compared to steel trowel.

The house designer was not thinking about safety with that drop off not your fault. They may also need some type of railing so a child on a bike doesn’t go over the edge.

Love your work. BUT why do so many off the houses put in these stupid 90 degree turns into the garage? No way would I have a house that beautiful with that stupid setup. I guess if you only drive small cars no an issue. And that wall/drop off. If I was those neighbors I would be worried about at water intake and the patio below. Hope a car never comes over that.
