Welcome to my journey It hasn't been easy and life has a way of getting in the way. But I pushed through all the BS and shed 70 pounds and have been progressing at a steady rate. I am too fat. And I skate. I have seen dudes way bigger than me shredding. One thing I will say is that: once you start ANY kind of physical exercise, even just walking around the block, it WILL kickstart something in you to start paying attention to yourself. It then builds on itself. Get on the board and roll.

im starting kikicking my ass in skateboard for about 2 months..its almost 16 yrs since i skateboarding.. In the past few years im busy with my work, almost no exercise at all and im always drunk during my rest day.. Skateboarding again saves me and it is my work out. Even i cant perform an heavy tricks, im happy cruising around the city..
