Seeing a video from the " How to Beast" guy then watching Paul Chek speak right after is like watching a caveman hit two stones together then watching a Human/AI sentient being travel the cosmos.

This is the first Paul Chek video that I watched about 2 weeks ago, since then, I went down the Paul Chek rabbit hole and realized he is one of the most important and wise physical therapists, holistic health practitioners and personal trainers ever. He has a wealth of knowledge both spiritual and physical. I plan to sign up for the CHEK Institute. Thanks Paul

Strength. Power. Core any big word a guru throws around MUST be based around bi-pedal contra-lateral movement. Thoracic rotation made us what we are today and will take us far into the future.

Hi Paul, My partner has been vegetarian/pescatarian for over a decade, and recently has had some health concerns develop due primarily to lack of protein intake. She is very reluctant to consuming animal products. I was wondering if you had any experience with a similar client in the past and could give me some guidance as to how to effectively but patiently support her in eating a diet w/ sufficient protein? She’s been prescribed 50g of protein/day to begin, which is already a struggle for her due to her self established restrictions. I love her and just want her to live a long happy and healthy life. Thanks for everything else Paul

As soon as he said that the core is basically the Rectus Abdominis, I knew he doesn't know jack. The Internet is full of these "you only need these two exercises" videos because every "coach" wants their 15 seconds of attention. Happy Birthday Paul!! 🥰

Paul, what's the deal with Steiner and his lack of acknowledgement towards the demographic of our African ancestors and their role within the mysteries? I'm currently reading "World history and the mysteries" and it's dope especially the parts discussing regaining a pharmacology when we go beyond observing the physical body alone. This is one of the reasons why I appreciate Dr. Ibrahim Karims work. I think it's time for everyone to start spilling the beans. If we truly wish to redirect the course of humanity and the current state of consciousness, there aught to be more sharing and cheaper tuition fees if any fees at all. Some of us are not in positions to conjure up the money or even come within the periphery of elders who may aid in enlightening us. We are here, though scattered amongst the rough, we are most certainly here. Peace and blessings.

Paul, what about those with past spinal or low back injuries? Even for those that have been rehabbed, do you think it would be a good idea to do full range of motion abdominal exercises with a past disc or other spine injury?
@0oMag Жыл бұрын
Do you think anyone in the world can answer that in one post? Pay the man if you actually seek a real answer my child. Lets be as rational as possible here.
@moritji6090 Жыл бұрын
Really depends on what spine injury and where on the spine. Generally moving a herniated disc that is already unstable through a large range of motion seems like a bad idea. First being back stability into the core and hips before going into more dynamic motions.

Hello Paul, Could you give me a quick indication when would be a good timeframe to reestablish core function, testing functionality and rehabilitation post-surgery for umbilical hernia repair, following scientific core training, please? I was thinking maybe 8-weeks but wouldn’t want to push too soon? Love you Paul.

can you perhaps show some good core excercises that you would recommend on your youtube. The registration fee seems like a lot for some people who may not be totally as enthusiastic to learn the depths of core and abdominal function and just want a few tips to improve their workouts and body. Love

also would doing situps on a slanted surface or upside down with your legs on a pull up bar be better
@dylanmacleod1746 Жыл бұрын
@@nvll7862 Swiss call crunches, my friend. Full range of motion and hits the anterior chain more completely. You can probably find a video on them on here. That said, depending on your postural alignment, rectus work may not be the best choice. You could hire a Chek professional to assist you with what you need. They are extremely well equipped.
@Sasquatch36912 Жыл бұрын
@@nvll7862you can do a situp on a bench where you lay over the edge length ways up to your upper/mid back, and completely stretch and open up your ribcage on your way down. been thinking of ways to get that effect since watching this video and that seems to work for now
