The medical industry is rigged. This information was broken down in detail and emphasized on the importance of having a medical professional with years of experience to evaluate & guide us through our journey. Finding Doctors like the Anabolic Doc is slim to none. This brings major awareness to the subject and the significance in finding the best practices. Thank you

Lots of things drive me crazy about the testing labs. But, there is one simple thing that can be done to get a better feel for what is going on: do some round robin testing. RR is when you take one sample and carefully give a portion of it to every lab in the RR. Even better is to have multiple people in each lab run the test sample. Then compare the results. If they are all very close, you're good. If some lab doesn't match everyone else, they probably have an issue. (However, sometimes the odd man out is the only one who is doing a good job.)

I have learned a lot by watching this channel. I started testosterone cypionate 200mg/ml maybe 3 months ago. I use it every two weeks. I feel great the first week but start getting a little tired by the end of the second week. I’m enjoying the energy amongst other things. I’m able to do the injections myself. I use .5. I’m 49 enjoying working out again. Building lean muscle.

Beginning just prior to the 12:00 minute mark in the video Dr. O begins talking about injection frequency, and the effects of different dosing protocols.

Doc how can I contact you for personal consultation? I tried the app but couldn't sign up because it's not functioning.

Thanks for doing this Shimon. This was an interesting video. What type of testing does Quest use, and are their results accurate? I was going to schedule a test for these same things, and some other things, but if the results arent accurate... I'm kind of rethinking that.

sadly it seems the majority have no clue about TRT, lab tests, or how to treat patients. You really have to get lucky to find a doctor that knows what they are doing and aren't just chasing lab totals (that aren't accurate because they aren't using the right test)

20:00 some guys hyper respond (they have super physiologic levels with very low doses) and some guys metabolize it so fast that they need a very high dose.

This guy is wrong about the calculated free T. Unless you're paying for the equilibrium dialysis method to measure free T, which is very expensive, the next best thing is to calculate the free T. For the LC/MS total T plus free T lab test that you're getting at Labcorp and Quest, both labs are using the EIA (direct) free T method, which is LESS accurate than the calculated method. Almost certainly this guy's lab is using the EIA method unless you pay a lot for the equilibrium dialysis.
