Have you tried to do this: When your old thoughts come back, try to catch yourself reverting back to the unwanted thought/s, then change the thought to a positive one. It takes practice... be patient and never give up on yourself. You've got this 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

Old Friend..... im very cautious, none of my thoughts hold me back.... its part of my tactic.... several more have fallen.....its heating up...and yes myself knows what you are saying... they are making me think someone upstairs is waiting to give pleasure, but then again its just a trap....they are trying to use the emotion of regret...that id regret not going upstairs because the person they want me to think is upstairs only has limited time upstairs to make me move quickly, but the truth they cannot cloud my judgement as myself can see very clearly what they planned doing...the fact of the matter is, myself can get who myself wants and what myself wants and need, and go whereever myself wants whenever myself wants. my real friends are waiting, and it is to my advantage that myself would meet those people myself like in Japan.... it erases any advantage those people myself doesnt like, would like to have... the truth is, those myself protects and are under my umbrella are in Japan... these mind games dont work.....
