Hello, I'm Park Joon Hyung. I am 17 years old and I am attending Kyungnam Physical Education High School in Korea. I feel many things after watching this movie. I threw discus 60m61 at Korean middle school.But after entering high school, I felt that the weight of the disc had changed and my posture was lacking.I like Korea very much, but I think I lack knowledge of discus throw. Does the set up from back matter? I’m a right handed thrower and notice I put my left leg at 12 o’clock. You and Stahl set your right at twelve and left at 11. Does this make a difference?

Andrew Sprague it’s all about the right set up. Makes a huge difference. Open the left in pillar 1 (set-up)

Clark Pareja then you are likely off balance in multiple points. Thus losing tension agains the discus.
