It’s even more incredible that Aretha was 73 at the time and battling cancer, yet she managed to give one of the most breathtaking live performances of all time, by anybody. Absolutely stunning and what a wonderful woman.

Coincidence ? I've been sifting through some of my fave female singers over the last couple of days and spent most of that time listening to Susan Tedeschi ( Tedeschi Trucks Band , Derek Trucks is her husband). Midnight in Harlem is special.
