Here's a compliment for you - I've lived in Texas my entire life and I've learned more about boots from you (in Massachusetts) than anyone or anywhere else. I wear Ariat Heritage Roughstocks every single day and I am HARD on boots. They are tougher than a $2 steak and feel like I'm wearing sneakers. Thank you for making the content you make. Keep going, my friend!

I love the design of this boot, but I can’t seem to get my head around the cement construction I rather get my boot resoled and have it last a long time. When you say "cement" construction is it like the vulcanized soles of the old Vietnam jungle boot? If so I know from experience that those are a very very tough tough boot. People will wear their foot through the upper before the sole comes loose.....and that's using them in actual rainforest (Panama) every week.
@григорийиванов-э4ф3 жыл бұрын
Although, I pushed the thumb up, the Ariat's boots have a pure quality. I have been trying to break up them for few months- it is still uncomfortable to wear them . A Chines bad quality of the leather, the sole is ok, meanwhile. Moreover, the boots are squeaking . There is a terrible sound along with an every single step. It is better to add some money and to buy proper boots have made by Tecovas, which I have as well.

These boots would work very well for the type of jobs I'd do in them. I am not overly concerned that they may not have the longevity of certain other boots. I would be(or am) more concerned with the immediate function in the here and now. On a slightly random note: I can easily "SEE" the family resemblance between you and your brother but what I find most striking is the similarity in the tone and pitch of your voices. I believe you could impersonate each other exceptionally well with a little practice. ;-)

The problem with Ariat is it’s filled with people who’ve never worn boots for the right application, so what you get is a group of artists, designers and athletic shoe makers turning out a product dependent on an insole for comfort and what is essentially a throw away product primarily because a cobbler can’t resole the product. Ariat like other companies such as Ringers in Australia turn out a cheap product for a premium price, then buy their way into the market by sponsoring rodeo and sign placement at equestrian events. The sad thing is, many boot companies are trying to mimic Ariat relying on insoles, it changes the dynamics of good fitting and sizing. Cheers for allowing my opinion.
