They used to call them toy boys, before the term MILF was a thing, which at first would have meant more specifically one of your friends mothers, then became more widely used as any woman roughly a generation older than oneself. I think using it interchangeably with cougar happens but is probably inaccurate, since cougars have to be middle-aged or above, and be open to younger partners (so, the sentiment is reciprocated), whereas MILFs are still MILFs irrespective of their dating habits.
