KM, in the instruction manual (The Bible) you will find that the manufacturer (GOD) created our perfect bodies to run on plant based foods. Read Genesis 1: 29, but after Adam and Eve committed sin, He instructed us on which animals were clean to eat and which ones were unclean to eat. Read Leviticus 11. So if I get cancer I will still trust GOD and continue to eat plant based food. I know where I’m going when I die so I’m not worried. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord, if you’re a believer.

@@kansasgoldilocks In a study of 75 juvenile delinquents, 66% experienced fatherlessness, 20% had never lived with their father, and 25% had an alcoholic father. It has been reported that fatherless children are anywhere from 3 to 20 times more likely to be incarcerated than children raised in dual-parent households Some data suggests 72 percent of adolescent murderers and 70 percent of long-term prison inmates come from fatherless homes Children who feel closeness to their father are 80% less likely to spend time in jail 75% percent of adolescent patients in substance abuse centers are from fatherless homes. Of America’s roughly 2 million prisoners, over 800,000 are parents-and 92 percent of those are fathers. but hey, kansasgoldilocks turned out fine everybody, so nothing to see here! i guess all these fatherless kids should just suck it up and quit being babies, because kansasgoldilocks turned out fine y'all!

She also doesn't eat excessively, keep an active lifestyle, and most importantly thinks simply. She has a great sense of humor as well and even with a rough background (grew up during the war, husband left her, etc) she still has a positive attitude towards life and people.

Wow! That’s so awesome!!! My grandpa will be 103 in May (no walker, no cane, no glasses even!).... he says the same things. I’ll share in case anyone’s curious: Eat from what the land provides and do work outside in the sunlight. He plays dominoes or card games daily & shoots pool with his best buds every weekend! He never owned a car so he walks everywhere. He also reads the Bible daily. He and my grandma (95) have a better memory than me! Sadly! Truth be told, the man enjoys his meat! (But not daily or even weekly... just here and there) He lives in a very small, quiet, slow-paced town where everyone knows everyone & therefore, he knows where the meat comes from & how the animals are fed and treated! Good health to all!

I think there's something to be said about eating right and not just about the color of your skin. I've seen quite a few people of color that look much older than this man and are much younger in age. I've also seen white people who eat strictly "raw diets" that look half their age. People shouldn't be so quick to use color as the reason behind youthful looks. There's a lot to be said about putting forth effort to eat a very healthy diet, exercise and keeping stress at a minimum.
