KM, in the instruction manual (The Bible) you will find that the manufacturer (GOD) created our perfect bodies to run on plant based foods. Read Genesis 1: 29, but after Adam and Eve committed sin, He instructed us on which animals were clean to eat and which ones were unclean to eat. Read Leviticus 11. So if I get cancer I will still trust GOD and continue to eat plant based food. I know where I’m going when I die so I’m not worried. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord, if you’re a believer.

@@robyee3325 you said a bunch of statistics that only proved a correlation. correlation and causation are not the same thing. if you want to talk correlations though, fatherless homes had nearly a 50% poverty rate. and 66-80% of our people in the us criminal justice system are under the poverty line. and a lower socioeconomic status is an explicit causation of crime. fixing a symptom of the problem is a bandaid solution. Poverty is the number one factor in driving crime. having a good father and mother in a lower class household will obviously lessen the chances that a child joins a gang, but what even would your solution be if you think fixing fatherlessness is the most pressing matter? mandate someone to father a child? you are rudely discounting someone’s life experience and passive aggressively proving nothing. Wow! That’s so awesome!!! My grandpa will be 103 in May (no walker, no cane, no glasses even!).... he says the same things. I’ll share in case anyone’s curious: Eat from what the land provides and do work outside in the sunlight. He plays dominoes or card games daily & shoots pool with his best buds every weekend! He never owned a car so he walks everywhere. He also reads the Bible daily. He and my grandma (95) have a better memory than me! Sadly! Truth be told, the man enjoys his meat! (But not daily or even weekly... just here and there) He lives in a very small, quiet, slow-paced town where everyone knows everyone & therefore, he knows where the meat comes from & how the animals are fed and treated! Good health to all!

Sure sometimes a person might inherit 15% increase in lifespan from genetics from the parents but 85% is from lifestyle in this case he ate a raw vegan diet for the last 100 years and it slowed his metabolic aging by 45%. This is very typical of raw vegans they slow their aging by 45%
