I love that you’re getting into mushrooms and foraging! For those who don’t know, there are toxic look-alikes for wild onion. If it looks like onion but doesn’t smell like onion, don’t eat it. Wild onion will definitely smell like onion. Get you a good plant ID book. Peterson’s Guide is good and so is Merriwether’s Idiots Guide to Foraging. I also recommend learning to identify plantain, which you spanned over in a shot toward the end. It’s a super helpful edible and medicinal herb which is great for bug bites, stings, cuts, inflammation, and more. Would be super handy the next time Kelly gets bit. :) Blessings to you guys! Love your channel.

Regarding Jonathan's caffeine crash. I sometimes get that too. But not usually. When I feel it coming on I just stop drinking the stuff for the day. Next day coffee may be ok. One thing I do is not drink coffee alone - with an empty stomach. I usually drink coffee with some kind of good old, sugar saturated, gluten packed carbs. I think it may slow absorption. There's an article on this if you search the web for "The Caffeine Crash: Why Does Coffee Make Me Sleepy?" Also don't over sweeten coffee and don't drink it after it's dropped to room temperature - especially if theres creamer because it will begin fermenting. I think medical may call that opposite effect "ironic" effect. It's often that stimulants will be prescribed to help someone relax or sleep.
