That second chase is a textbook description of "no honor among thieves". Driver's buddy tries to bail out on him when the TVI happens, then when they get into the neighborhood the driver ditches and leaves the other guy to get busted. How much you wanna bet both those idiots rat each other out in front of the judge to try and get a lighter sentence for themselves?

I was going to say that! Idk why but he seemed a little hesitant to PIT the SUV...? Why?? He literally had so many chances to take him out BEFORE he got back on the highway!! I Live in Ontario, Canada, but boy oh boy, do I LOVE watching the Arkansas State Troopers. No nonsense, get the job at hand done!! They show common sense, compassion, empathy & sympathy and just enough authority for you to know that they are in charge! They certainly don't take SH*T from anyone! They should be feared. But I have never seen anything as crazy as between 1:34 and 1:36 , where the perp takes time to try lighting a cigarette, immediately before getting his passenger-side window smashed, and him dragged out of his truck. I replayed that segment multiple times, and on a big screen, showed it to my wife, just to make sure that I wasn't seeing things. Un-freakin'-believable. Who does that?? And right after a TVI/PIT manoever??
