Very solid damage increase. No complaints. Sure, he'll still be outclased by Mlynar in the damage department, but that's not the point. The point is that SilverAsh feels much better to use in 2024, and he's a solid alternative option for DPS.

You say it like he mod lvl3 doesn't cost a lot of mats and LMD to upgrade...The truth is that yeah is a nice DPS upgrade but the most important part is the utility not the dps...any account that has Mlyrnar or even other meta DPS won't be needing SA atleast for the dmg.

​@doktahsnotes3436 as a 1 Yr old player without SA yet, I can confirm I won't be spending mats even if I get him later after seeing this. I would rather get Walter in 6 months time or use Eyja S3. This module is for those players who already have maxed SA.

great way to showcase the comparison, very clear in terms of difference in stats. Also, now that I see them side by side, I gotta say I hate how the chibi for the new skin is so skinny looking, like it doesnt have the same bulk as all the other chibis. its like a different art style entirely.. im still gonna get it for the art tho

Same. I do like the new L2D art but the chibi looks weird. A big shame since it has great animations as well.

it probably silhouette make you think that. if you do a comparison bit by bit, they are relatively the same. how they position his can and long jacket make the L2D skin looks way skinnier a more fair comparison would be his suit skin and L2D skin.

Than usual... like it feels like his other skins chibi is wider than this one.. like as if u mess with his horizontal width ratio aspect so he looks longer and skinier.. if that makes sense?? Also the lower legs arent as bulky as all the other operators' chibi model, which is what I recognize arknights signature style to be

@@fuelthepyre00yes, i just looked closely at both of them ; the 2LD chibi is definitely slightly elongated than the og chibi ; in tried shrinking it just a little bit in an editing app and the new chibi has the same proportions as the og one

Isn't his module more about redeployment reduction? Can you please showcase the difference between the two with fast redeploys and ops with reduced deployment time such as Schwartz and skadi? The damage improvement is still massive tho!

No. There are more than that 1. +70atk base atk 2. +15% more atk increase from talent 1 (pre-mod 10% only -> 25% mod lvl 3 3. +10% arts dmg So if using s3 it gives around 2.9k dph (assuming 0 res and def) Gives around 25% dmg increase in theory

@@smallphi since her module is fragile maybe compare it with damage dealers like Mlynar? I also wanted to suggest you do basic character showcases. There is very little character showcases in this short and simple style, so stuff like Stainless or Virtuosa could work wonders.

I know that the main focus of this video is about SA's module, but I think that I won't buy the L2D skin. Way too skinny for me, deletes the immersion of SilverAsh being a huge, badass and smart patriach of their family.

Long story short, Mlynar dmg (max charge) is still better, and has lower SP cost. But SilverAsh can block and has that -%deploy time buff

Yeah missing the whole point of the Mod...but at the end of the day people only care abt the DPS...There is no mod in existence that can make SA relevant again as a DPS. You don't even need Mlyrnar to make your SA obsolete.
