A good interviewer asks a question and allows the guest to talk to it and expand! Great job Mark. Thank you Peter!

This guy in my opinion saved rugby league. They were losing a million dollars a day before he came in. Every player and administrator should thank this guy

Too many times people look for short cuts to achieve, part of achieving the goal is the journey of learning along the way. Another great Podcast gents. Can't wait for NRL 2024 Season.

2 years later....you understand why Vlandys is a winner.... hes pushed PNG to be the 18th approved, perth next, Vegas, NZ2, Dolphins, NRLW and Internationals in the South Pacific are thriving. Rugby League is lucky to have him. Hes a calculated risk taker and forward thinker with the Midas touch.

Interesting interview ... especially the bit about cashless bars. I took my kids to the cricket in summer, gave them a $20 note to buy ice creams, and I was surprised when they came back and told me it wasn't accepted. Now I know why ... Pretty sad really that we can't just give our kids cash anymore like our dads did to us. Another reason to stay home and watch the game.

So glad Peter mentions Asian kids. I love rugby league, but the racism I see it’s so sad.

There is some legit bollocks in this chat. Painting himself as the messiah that saved racing is incredible. Everest was ripped off the American concept 'The Pegasus'. It's been well implemented here but just about every other aspect of NSW racing is worse under PVL.

Not attributing any blame to PVL here, but Randwick raceday is a far worse vibe than it used to be. So many gronks now.

The Everest was one-upmanship by NSW racing over Vic racing...who cares...buy a horse, watch it lose AND GET OVER IT 👋😂☘️🇵🇭

What I don't like about these interviews is the constant, Monty Python Yorkshireman skits, i.e. the upbringing humblrag porn. "Oh my background was so tough my dad worked 50 hours a day and we lived in a puddle in Kings Cross.". Only for Bouris to come in with "Puddle? Sheer bloody luxury!". We get it guys, your folks worked hard, but so did most parents. Immigrant or not.
