MOVE OVER SAM SULEK, I am revolutionizing the workout vlog game. I am giving you, the viewer, insight into what I see while I am working out. With a camera strapped to my head, you will be immersed in my workout, seeing what I see, lifting what I lift.
As for the workout today, it is the best day of the week - Arm Day. This arm workout will once again begin with Triceps and end with Biceps. The Tricep exercises are similar to the ones that I have been doing, where I am always going to failure. For the Bicep exercises, the main course is the Mike Mentzer inspired straight bar barbell bicep curls.

A. Tricep Exercises
- Tricep Pushdowns with Handles: 4xFailure
- Dumbbell Skull Crushers: 3xFailure
- Reverse Grip Tricep Pushdowns with Handles: 3xFailure each side
- Overhead French Presses: 2xFailure
B. Bicep Exercises
- Barbell Bicep Curls: 6xFailure
- Dumbbell Hammer Curls: 3x20 + 1x Drop Set
- Close-Grip Standing EZ-Bar Curls: 3x10-15
