Pretty well structured with order of elements and the alternating tempos were nice and consistent in purpose. Very nicely done!

"It's only seven minutes, how hard can it be?" I say as I struggle to type this. There should be a disclaimer on this, if you do it mid-day your arms may not work when you go back to work... 😀

She's using 5 lbs, but any light weight (or even no weights!) will work :)
