Today (Thursday) was "Arms Day" for me as well. I love to Super Set, a Triceps set and then a Biceps set...5 exercises each, 3 sets each, with a rep range from 8-15 depending on the exercise and weight.

Jay, I really appreciate all of the time, effort & thought you put into the content you release. I am a little late to the game, I've pushed weight around off & on over the years, but really started getting serious about it over the last year & have learned a lot (a lot from you), rethinking form, speed, control, reps, etc. That being said, do you have a book or any literature that you'd recommend for someone not necessarily looking to compete, but just really wanting to get bigger & more complete?

Jay, couple of things, first I appreciate the covers on the benches you worked out on, some of the clubs I go to are ripped and worn out, second the camera is amazing to be able to capture every movement, and third I use to cut hair and how great would of been to have a pro to pick his brain about weight training. Thanks for your videos 👍🏻👍🏻

I have to say the greatest impressive thing I see Jay accomplish is never getting a serious injury or complications to deal with from bodybuilding while even being on the top. I never got an injury from training but ended up with worn out lower back but from over use and easily tearing a disc from saving a man from injury dropping a 600lb airplane sill and I ended up with the injury!
