A very Fast paced workout.
Heavier than normal.
Moderate volume.
And very Intense!
Warm up - Alternating DB curls SuperSetted (SS) with V-Bar Pushdown/Pressdowns
Warm up with as many sets as it takes to have a sweat rolling and a pump. Then let it fucking rip!
EZ Bar Curls SuperSetted with EZ Bar Skull Crushers - 5 sets x 10-15 reps - 30 second test between each set. (1 set = bicep set and Tricep set) - Very Fast Paced.
DB Hammer Curls SuperSetted with Over the Head DB Extensions - 4 sets x 10 reps - 60 Seconds between each set.
Handed Cable Curls SuperSetted with Tricep Pressdowns - 4 Sets x 8-12 reps - 45-60 second Rest between each set.
Reverse Grip BarBell Curls SuperSetted with DB KickBacks - 4 sets x 10-12 reps each set. 45-60 seconds between each set.
It is intense and faster paced. Make sure you are fueled for this workout. Fed and hydrated. It is supposed to fun, and get you outside of what you are normally doing. Move the weight feel the intensity and fucking embrace it! It's ARM DAY!!!!

I'm 65, prostate cancer,took 44 radiation treatments ,slowed me down some. I work out in my 1 bedroom apt,with a incline bench, dumbells,ez curl bar,resistance cables with a door anchor. I use two car jack stands to hold a 6ft barbell and lay on the floor to do bench presses. Watching your videos gave me motivation to lift more. I said, " fuck it" I'm eating some gummie bears, and beat myself up one hour a day 5 days a week. It works! Thanks for sharing your videos!!

Jack Daniels it's TRUE brother. Not everyone can go by salmon and bison steaks. Rice, oatmeal, broccoli, coloflower,bean, potatoes, whole milk, lean hamburger meat,chicken, tuna is you average grocery list. As far as shakes I'd say, Greek yogart plain, peanutbutter, bananas, black berries, strawberries and some plain whey or casin protein powder, you can spend 400 and eat all month .

What the fuck are you talking about Peanut butter is terrible for you even if your bulking!! AND cut down on the fruit. stick to lean meats like chicken breast which is cheap as fuck and save the money from those protein powders and just buy more chicken. yeah its boring but it gives results. Beans are bad too without major portion control. Sweet potatoes and yams are ok. And tuna is only good when cutting. Better off with a can of mixed vegetables 5 ounces of chicken breast and half a cup of brown rice every 2 hours while trying to gain mass.

Mutant mass... Ten pound bag is only 74 bucks or so and with milk your getting 1600 caps and 100 grams of protien... I work out in the morning and drink one every day omw to work after heaving lifting, ten pounds at a shake a day lasts me about a month.

Hey Seth, I've watched all kinds of videos on facebook to help me learn the art of body building. I'm 27 and trying to build my body. I started a year ago because of a friend who was puny and started getting jacked, but I've never thought about lifting and never knew that I'd have a love for it once I started. I was just living off natural strength. 😂 which was starting to fade. But since I started, I've come quite a ways just off trial and error. I watch CT Fletcher and Kali Muscle videos as motivation on those tough days and for training tips. But you teach the absolute most between all the channels I've watched. Watching you videos, I was actually able to change and set a Monday through Friday plan. I realized some workouts I was doing wrong and most importantly you teach the different angles and placements of hands to hit different muscle groups and fibers. What made me watch your videos in the first place is I stumbled across one and thought, "this guy looks fuckin awesome and that's what want to look like." It has only been a couple weeks since I've incorporated your workouts into my own training, but I see and feel the difference and it has made me love the gym and lifting that weight that much more when you're confident in what you're doing and can see through you that the shit works. With all that being said, I'd like to say thanks for the videos. Thanks for passing down the wisdom to us younger guys and I look forward to more.

here is another exercise you can do that Piggy backs off the reverse grip curl. grab the barbell like a going to do a dead with with one hand over one hand under and do the curl that way. do the set in two parts, do you have two reps of the set with your hands and one position then take five second break and switch your hands and do the other half of the set. it's a bit of an awkward movement but it's a different variation on this exercise.

If you’re just starting out and your lovely gym partner Decides to go full oorah. You can use a Weight plates for the over head Extensions And a straight bar for the skull crushers. I did this Circuit x 3 with those modifications. Felt like my arms were ready to explode from all the pressure hot damn!

First off excuse my language sir and second this is exactly what I fucken needed a new routine... I have plateaued in my workout routines so literally spent all day looking at most of your routines and fucken a skippy they are for sure what I needed I did your rear delt/shoulder routine yesterday and now I can't even lay down comfortably lol their on fire lol can't wait to hit arms today... thank you really appreciate your channel sir 💪🏼🤝

Seth I notice you don't lockout on the pushdowns and its more of a mid-range ROM. Do you feel that pushes blood in more effectively than locking out each rep? Easily my favorite channel btw. Clean production, no BS and informative. Keep it up!
