Anything to start pushing blood into your biceps and triceps. Get a sweat going and fill those arms with blood! Feel the PUMP!
Use 4x8-10 as your base, but don't be afraid to add in more reps or more sets if you are feeling it! If you are fueled for this workout, PUSH YOURSELF!
1. Machine Preacher Curls superset with Rope Press Downs
- 4x8-10
2. Standing Alternating Dumbbell Curls superset with Close-grip Bench
- 4x8-10
3. Hammer Curls superset with Overhead Tricep Extensions
- 4x8-10
4. Dumbbell Spider Curls superset with Tricep Cable Extensions
- 4x8-10
- FINISH STRONG!

@Thor Odinson I stopped lifting after 10+years back in late 05 and It was all still only magazines then. I started up again two years ago next month and its a whole different world online now lol. That said im glad I'm not starting in this digital age given the amount of conflicting information out there with the internet and youtube in general. Im thankful that i learned what works for myself through a little information and trial and error as opposed to many kids i see these days citing different studies etc as opposed to trying out things for themselves.

All you’re tips have been helping out with my work outs, a lot 👍 used the head pull downs instead of face pulls,, and it works 💯 times better than face pulls, I do this work out from watching you videos over the years , top guy you know you stuff

So glad I found Seth about a year ago! He has changed the way I train so much. I used to do typical bodybuilding movements and would do everything with "specific/correct" form but let me tell you...once I started changing angles and getting a good pump BEFORE I even started my workouts, I have had amazing results.
