He was a bodybuilding prodigy who turned pro young and this won a Europa show shortly after. He then took a few years off flowing a few loses and a health scare I think. But, that said, he has the talent, the personality, the frame and certainly the muscle required to be great. I know if he competes again he will do incredibly well especially well as a 212. No 212 has the structure, muscle shape, and the ability to hit a vacuum as well as Seth.

I never tried body weight or assisted warmups before lifting heavy. I was under the impression that gets in the way of gains by not having enough energy for heavy sets. I did it for the first time and it helped me lift more than usual. I did the pre work out meal stack too. Awesome stuff, good shit bro.
