Hey how should I program my armrestling training schedule? I am not as beginner, I used to play Toproll, I have lots of experience but I lack in strength, I didn't get good results in my armwrestling strength. Can you please tell how should I train for it and how many days I should train in a week?

I train 7 days a week 2 times a day. I do Todd Hutchings style training in the morning then Micheal Todd’s training in the evening
