You are in for a lesson. Orks are NOT PSYKERS. None of them. This is because they were created to fight necrons, who, might I remember you previous lesson about the War in the Heaven, had the technology to dampen warp influence over the normal realm, even nulify it. So making a race that relied on warp to get basically everything from technology, to evolution, to simply getting shit together and starting a fight - this would all be impossible. Instead, ork generate their own gestalt field. the more orks, the bigger the power of it. Its a mob mentality taken to the highest level of engineering. And yes, it is as stupid as it sounds. But it works, and those who use it care not how it does it, so we will never know. Now, the "psykers" orks have, the weird boys (mind you, that mekboys (engineers) and painboys ("medics") are considered weirdboys too, but hey its orks, nobody cares.) do not use warp, they use the orkish gestalt field. The reason it can still blow their face in or suck all nearby orks into a black hole is because the gestalt field is also unstable. every ork dying, every ork joining, every new techno gizmo mekboys do - it all changes the field.
