auzziemonkey10 Nerve gear doesn't require a team of engineers to start, it requires a bunch of neuroscientists, biologists and a shit ton of other researchers/engineers to first even figure out precisely which synapses/neurons do what to a 0% error rate. Otherwise, any nervegear could be extremely dangerous.

I'lm impressed overall, especially with the infantry input, but the heli and AC controls are not represented properly methinks: where is the collective control in the heli, that is normally inputted by the throttle control, and I don't see the rudder pedals in the AC correctly translated? Converting the rifle into the AC controls is a bit off methinks. However, this does have tremendous potential, but i think vehicle and aircraft controls need a bit better input.......like with a control stick and pedals. Still neat as blazes though.

How do you prone? Theres many disadvantages in this, I don't like the sliding aswell, the size of the thing and basically movement is so much limited. TBH it's things like this that make me think a motion tracked body with motion controllers will be my choice of movement and interaction for some time to come. When I'm not running anywhere, I have full control and can lie down, crouch roll, whatever. I have full body movement and can be truly in that space, nothing like being strapped into a piece of kit like this can take me out of that immersion. Then when I want to walk longer distances I use the joystick. I think I would prefer this set up for now. Imagine being a sniper on a hill or building or something. At times when you don't need to run, it would be incredibly immersive. You'd just naturally step into position, lie down, and start sniping. Things like that, it will never work on one of these devices. I'll be good with PrioVR for now :) This does look like a great solution though, and way better than the Omni.

I wonder at the comfort level of sitting in a harness like that (especially for men). But it's still better then the Omni, although Jan is very good at marketing his product, he even got it on an American tv show (Sharktank)! Good luck Tuncay, I really hope this becomes a big hit here in Europe, I would certainly buy one if I wasn't a poor student! The facts that you don't have to wear special shoes and that you don't have to ship them overseas should make the price of the Visualizer especially appealing to European customers!
