Very true. And if I didn’t already have a lot of ammo stashed away I never would have bothered with one of these. But I must say this thing is really well built. One of the toughest mags I’ve ever seen.

Haha! Yeah. I’ve wanted a beta mag for a long time. Whenever a high cap mag is available for any firearm I just want it. And I must say a fair percentage of the appeal of these high cap mags is that they drive liberals crazy.

I’ve got two tried one doesn’t work always double feeds but I’m running it in a full auto set to 1100 RPM maybe it’s just too fast for this mag

Good info. I’m waiting on my tax stamp to come back for my full auto M-16 commando. My hope was to use this mag for that. In the manual it says it is best for short barreled rifle’s and I suppose that has something to do with the rate of fire. What is the length of barrel of your full auto you have trouble using this mag on?

@@MaxHeadspace9mm I normally use 16” w/.75 gas block carbine or mid length. The funny thing is the mid length runs much faster around 1150 rpm than the carbine everything else the same. I watch videos of me shooting and the carbine length appears to bleed gas around the gas tube roll pin where as the mid length doesn’t . Also I believe the manual for the 150 saw mag says rated for up to 950 rpm. Well I clocked well above that lol. I love the super high rate of fire and believe it or not it hasn’t jammed in several thousand rounds I run surefire 100’s and Schmseisser s60’s

@@MaxHeadspace9mm I’ll try the armatac again with an SBR upper next time if I remember. But I prefer longer barrels for combat or defensive use because adds lot of power/velocity to the bullet and almost no muzzle flash

Thanks. It’s just a normal 7.5” barrel with a cylindrical forend and a Flaming Pig flash hider. So it’s not quiet. Quite the opposite.

Anything that is on the extreme edge is always going to be expensive. Also, they tend to be finicky and hard to use. But to someone with a machine gun 30 rounds goes way too quick!

Just curious as to how you wound up with two of them. Have they been reliable?

I got them off gun broker back in 2018 of 435 with no carry case and one has been great put around 500 round and no issues the other the feed rounds broke so I need to send it back to get it fixed. Over all a great magazine just too heavy for real use unless you in a defensive position.

Yeah me as well I got 14 of the Magpul DP60 and love the weight on them also got 2 sure-fire 60 round mags and 4 60 round German mags and feel 60 is the best balance.

I’m glad you asked. Since KZbin has a policy that they won’t allow any video about “high capacity” firearm magazines (and in their opinion that’s any magazine that holds more than ten rounds) I had to say this is a five round mag that can be loaded 30 times to confuse the robot censors. We’ve got some serious un American stuff going down in this country.

ALPHA MALE Not at all. This thing is built for rough service. The tower is heavy gauge steel with a steel follower and the plastic double drum lower is very thick plastic. It’s all made in such a way that it can be easily repaired and parts can be replaced if necessary.

Not one. And the reason is because I haven’t used it yet. Sounds crazy but with ammo being so expensive I don’t shoot much right now. I am planning on doing a loading video and then a shooting test real soon though.
