True. It's an audio recording, so we've no idea if it's Prighozhin or not, but it was published on his channel. He also said the assault on Moscow was over, didn't mention Rostov. And he's chosen to turn round just as Kadyrov's Akhmat are arriving in Rostov to "quell the uprising for Putin". He's been smart enough to give hints of what he's doing without giving away everything,so no reason to consider this differently. If he considers their new base in Rostov to be his "field camp", he could be returning to defend it - meaning this is far from over. Despite his statement, there's no way he's going to return to business as usual- he'll be killed within 24hrs if he does.

The Russian air force can just torch them on that 10 hour or so drive up to Moscow.
