In my eyes Paragon builds the absolute best "Horsebows" one can get. Doesn´t matter if it´s the Raider, Griffin, Khan etc. every bow made from Robert is spot on. I own so many, really many hand made custom horsebows, some of ´em I have reviewed on my youtube channel, but Robert´s bows are simply the best. Thank you for showing us this this bow, Armin.

Got my Khan from Robert yesterday. Beautifully crafted and very pleased with it. Tried it briefly in the garden today as the weather was appalling. Very nice indeed and hope to get out into the fields very soon weather permitting.

i have had on of the first bows from Rob and helped with prototyping with Gordan from Dartmoor archery. I can tell you it defiantly gets smoother and now i have had it over 6 months and its buttery smooth in the draw. I would highly recommend the bow. as usual thanks for the comprehensive review

I've been waiting to see this bow reviewed for quiet some time now! I still might go for the Raider - I want a sure 31" draw in as small a size as possible. Too bad you can't try it until it's broken in completely. Thanks a million for your great reviews and vids!

I saw many incredible bows on this channel (and bought too many already), but this is and will be none of them. Including shipping and taxes, this bow costs close to or even more than 700 Euro. Therefore, you get a close to 60-pounder that doesn't make 200 fps because the heavy limbs slow it down. Furthermore, even before the full draw, the limbs bend inside. It looks very well made, but for this price, the bow has to be outstanding. There are bows out there for half the price that are well made, too, and perform better.

Omg I would love a Timurid bow! But it’s a bit expensive. Not sure if for that money I would rather buy this or for example, a Simsek Sipahi plus, especially since the design is a bit plain.

I'd love to own this bow. It's beautiful ànd smoot I have shot some borrowed bows in the past that were native American design that were like magic in my hands at #60, shooting 30" wood and cane arrows fletched with turkey feathers. At 15-25 yards I was shooting at strings holding the targets and mostly hitting them. Conversely, you have begun my love affair with all things archery. I can't afford those expensive bows but I do love to hunt and target shoot. Sometimes I hunt frogs to keep my skills sharp shooting from across the pond. It's either a hit or miss and I love the flavor of frog. I'm all over most targets with inconsistent hits with archery range shooting, but I can zero in on live targets I don't know why this is happening. I'm thinking about trying fishing with my bow because of the possible challenge. If I can hit live targets for the table consistently, why am I all over the archery target?

Looks good to me. Shame about the draw length. Is the stiffness due to the outside layers being carbon? Or is that just black painted wood? :D

Kind of big angle between the outer flexible part of limbs and the string, even for that long syahs. Mughal inspired designs, clearly not for good energy storage on late draw. Otherwise, a real beauty!
