Today we are powering through 8 different dumbbell supersets for a total body strength workout! This strength training circuit uses weights to target every major muscle group to get in that full-body workout.
Choose a weight that challenges you, but allows you to stay in control of your form and execute quality reps.
Let's do this!

Loved this workout completed it with only a few breaks to catch breath but at 78 that is good. Laugh at your comments IE the grocery list. Keep up the good work.

Enjoyed this one a lot. Especially liked the modification for renegade row with one dumbbell. I felt like my wrists were going to roll out with two. Also love/hated the forearm stretch at the end with the finger tip release. Will come back to this workout again. Thanks!
