Sounds just as great as the official Glenn Miller bands play it. Love this song, both to play it and to listen to it.

Wow. I enjoyed hearing this again. My parents were from that era, so I heard the original Glen Miller recording. I never knew that this song is nearly 140, though! Thanks for the memories.

Was soll ich sagen?

What's happening here? The bass trombonist does not play at all? Though a modern bass trombone would indeed be inappropriate to the historic Glenn Miller sound, a usual tenor trombone would be needed, as Jerry Gray scored for 4 trombones. Why does this band play with only three instead of four trombones?

Who's the poor bass trombone/4th trombone who couldn't even get a note in? I liked him swinging to his mates, but there had to be a part he could have doubled on - bari sax?

Great sounding arrangement, but it cuts out the effect of the band coming in from a distance, playing close, and then fading off into the distance.
