92%ers we are back with another episode of New Heights sponsored by Buffalo Wild Wings the official sports bar of March Madness.
There are still tickets available to see us in person at our live show in Cincinnati on April 11th. Tickets available at Gobearcats.com/NewHeights
In this episode, we’ve got an absolute legend with us today, the Terminator himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger!
Arnold and the guys get into everything from how he finally learned what the phrase “be useful” means, his relationship with The Rock, which of his classic movies he gets asked about the most, which iconic roles he turned down, and his action movie “competition” with Sylvester Stallone.
We also get his advice on how to work out in retirement, learn how he became a fan of American Football, find out if we’re closer to Terminator being a reality than we think, and why his day usually starts with a visit from farm animals.
We will be back with more New Heights every Wednesday during the offseason so make sure you’re subscribed to our KZbin Channel and wherever you get your podcasts so you don’t miss a single episode and follow us on Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok for all the best moments from the show.

And honestly....it's probably in my top 3 favorite podcasts that you guys have done. I just really enjoyed listening to this conversation. Arnold seems like a good dude. They could've just kept talking for another hour and I would've loved that.

Kind of a sweet father energy when Arnold says to Jason that he should focus on losing fat weight slowly and build nuscle without focusing on heavy weights and torturing himself ”that should be over for you now”. Really encouraging and kind. Also so fun to see how Travis agrees and relates to so much that he wants to think about in his try in Hollywood. To never forget to also be useful and hype the people that help along the way.

One thing I always admired about Arnold is how hard he worked to act. No one thought he could do it and he became a huge star through just hard work and dedication.

This episode brought me tears but a big smile at the same time. My dad who passed recently was a MASSIVE fan of bodybuilding and especially Arnold specifically. I grew up on all things Arnold. I even spent a good amount of time in the gold gym daycare while he worked out lol. I have all my dad’s old magazines and all these older things of Arnold from when he was younger. I loved that you guys had him on!

That's the beauty of a podcast where you can do whatever the hell you want to do. Arnold wants to wax poetic? LET HIM! Arnold wants to share his hard-earned wisdom? GO ON. The Kelce boys are driving their own destiny and I love to see it. Great job!

Knew it would be an exceptional episode, buuuuut....wow ! How great was that ? Arnold is one of the most forthright human beings on the planet. Doesn't mince words, says what he thinks and is honest about his stances on issues. Just the perfect title for his book...Be Useful...his Dad and mine had the same philosophy. I thank my late father for that ethic as Arnold does. It works to make a worthy life. Thanks Travis & Jason, great interview and great guest thus GREAT EPISODE !!!!
