I have to admit he was more down to Earth and humble here. He would of course go on to become a world renowned icon, a mega star, bigger than Jesus. Truly larger than life.

I’m currently reading his autobiography, Total Recall, which explains how he found it very difficult to learn the English language. Once he was in a restaurant with a friend and asked the waiter to bring him the restaurant’s best garbage. The waiter could easily be forgiven for taking offence, but was soon placated when Arnold’s friend explained that he actually meant to say cabbage! He obviously got to grips with the language, and his overall success can only be attributed to the fact that he was willing and able to work very hard at everything he put his mind (and body) to. You don’t begrudge people success if they work hard for it.

And The Terminator was probably Already filmed by the time of this interview, his work on it was probably done at the time of this interview because it said on the internet the movie came out on October 26th which is 4 months after this interview. So that movie probably in post production going through editing and stuff at this time

The first half of the interview he's acting normal for the most part, then the second half he's like tipsy or something.

He got intimidated by Letterman bc he was anticipating defending himself against the Beast. Couldn't do it.

He first got flustered when Letterman asked about him getting into fights as a teen while bodybuilding. I think Arnold got embarrassed bc going out looking for trouble probably meant trying get laid. Stuck to his mind so then he started getting weird about the porn refs.
