This is such a powerful discussion, I love what you all said, especially at the end segment prepping for the next show starting at 53:21. Thank you. It is such a blessing that you both have spent quality time investigating and more by sharing what you know, and not forcing us poor folk to pay what we don't have to learn the glory of God, so May YHVH Bless You both and protect you, in Yeshuah's name, amen.

As I begin to see the truth come out about the very name of YaHoVaH I get a glimpse of understanding the book of Revelation as satans world comes crashing down and loses his grip on all of us. Satan truly has a short time as all truth comes out and this whole beast system, this strangle hold he has had on us for centuries is released. Now the question remains, will all that receive it accept it or will they love the darkness more then the light and perish. Nehemiah Gordon and Michael Rood have truly been a blessing to me since I stumbled across their videos. May Abba Father YaHoVaH bless you and keep you.

And who has made that name known for over 100 years? Jehovah's Witnesses. Yes we pronounce the J wrong. It used to be pronounced as a Y, as it is today in many languages. But no one else claimed that name. Isaiah 42:10, 44:5 ASV "One shall say, I am Jehovah's; and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe with his hand unto Jehovah, and surname himself by the name of Israel."

Fantastic research! I very much enjoy your show Mr. Rood and I love finding out more about God's Word. While I feel that the King James is the most accurate English translation, I still like to do research into the Greek and Hebrew for a fuller understanding. I haven't really seen a lot of Christians out there that reject the idea of, say a Hebrew translation of Matthew. Now there may be some Christians out there that oppose things like that, but I say that is a wrong attitude to have. We should all seek to understand God's Word as completely as possible, as long as thr interpretation is not seeking to corrupt a passage causing it to contradict other scriptures. Or worse when someone tries to redefine a word in order to alter the passage to suit their needs( Example: 2 Thes. 2:3 "falling away", Greek-apostasy, but defining that as departure). I'm praying that Nehemia is visited by the Holy Spirit and accepts Yeshua as Messiah. My question is is there a reliable Hebrew/ English Hebrew/Greek/English New Testament out there?

Just want to ask both of you why not pronounce "Jehovah" rather than Yehovah. Am I right to say because the early English word has no letter 'J'?

Thank you sirs for this video... I have a curious question that I hope someone here will answer for me.. How does this pronunciation and spelling of “The Name” as presented in this video differ from Jehovah as we find in the KJV as I am familiar.... please forgive me in advance if this question has already been asked and answered and I’ve just not seen.. Thank you..

Stephen Holloway it’s pretty much the same only the ( j ) is recent. There’s no j in the Hebrew language. The first letter in the Hebrew name makes a y sound.

Revelation is the message of the Father through Yeshuah. Revelation chapter 1 sent by an angel to John. The father’s name is in Yeshuah. Yeshuah is the completion of psalm 119/ alephtav. I do not think Yeshua was claiming to be the ancient of days. I believe he was voicing his fathers words to us.

Jesus was indeed born Jewish as well as all of his Apostles and many of his followers. The gospel accounts indicates that the Jewish Nation lost favor with Yehovah, hense spiritual Israel was born, also known as the Christian congregation (Malachi 3:5-7) (Isaiah 10:1-3). Yehovah has taken out a people for his name today and they bear his name (Isaiah 43:10) (Acts 15:14). Jewish Superstition, that God's name was too sacred to pronounce, led to the unscriptual practice of not using his name. Likewise the apostate churches of Christendom also failed to honor and use God's name. Some translation, such as the King James version with only 4 citation, all but expunged God's sacred name from the Holy writings. Jesus quoted scriptures in Isaiah containing God's name as did the Apostle Paul. The evidence is clear that they used God's names. Yehovah is found in the oldest fragments of the Gospel accounts and other New Testament books of the Bible. Jesus, in prayer to his father, said; "I have made your name known to them and will make it known,....." John 17:26.

Even without knowing the vowel points why have so many before this amazing finding insisted that the letter "W" in Yahwey existed in Aramaic Hebrew? Many of us have known Aramaic uses no "W" or its sound or utterance. Jesus came in Jehovah's name therefore they already knew Yehoshua meant Jesus which uses the yeho as an abbreviated form of Yeho-vah at the first of his name.
