Well, I'm glad you explained about the elastic bands for the toilet. At first I wondered whether you were given them to use if the toilets were all busy. It brought tears to my eyes just thinking about it!
@BobEarnshawMoHo3 жыл бұрын
We used our own facilities all the time so never really needed to use the bands.

Great video guys 😊 my dad lives just down the road in New Ollerton.. all his family live there and areas close by. My sisters and I have very fond memories of the area.. we used to walk from Ollerton to clumber park and Sherwood Forest on many occasions. 💕

Bob and Jenny. Firstly thank you for not making your planned trip to Ireland during this pandemic. Unfortunately many campers have decided to disregard the quarantine regulations. Hope your plans for next year will bear fruit and you can enjoy the scenery and more importantly the friendly hospitality you will receive both in Northern and the Rep. Of Ireland. Looking forward to the Irish travel vlog. Love your channel. Don

Bob and Jenny, Thank you for making the correct decision not to come to Ireland during the epidemic. Unfortunately many campers have decided to flaunt quarantine rules. Bob Earnshaw Bure Valley( NR11 6BW ) is a narrow gauge running from Aylsham to Wroxham, I believe at Wroxham you can then get a good boat trip. Poppy might like it 😀👍

We’ve just come back from 2 nights at the Clumber Park site. I think all of the other entrances to Clumber Park have now been closed off. You can now only get in via Lime Tree Avenue from either the A614 or the B6034 from Carburton. We are in your video, on our bikes leaving the site, towing a dog trailer, as you were entering! We got no phone signal on either 3 or EE. National Trust was open but you had to book a day in advance to get in by car. We had no trouble getting in on our bikes though!
@BobEarnshawMoHo4 жыл бұрын
Thanks, I will have anither look for you there. We did enjoy Clumber Park, but don't think we could do too many days there, cutoff from a decent phone signal!

Heard a lot about Clumber Park and it looks very nice. We noticed a lot more people leaving sites late this season and causing a bit of stress to new arrivals in the lanes approaching the sites. No internet sounds like a good idea. We struggled at Stover in Devon last week. 😃 Trev

Great video as ever. As a tent user it's always interesting to see the toilet/shower blocks which I'm very greatful u always try and show on your travels. As you said it's looking dated, so sadly will be avoiding this site which is a shame as the setting looks lovely.

I think you need an electric scooter so you can get to the check in quickly when you’ve selected your pitch. It would also be handy to pop to the local shops for topping up on groceries and the local brew Abbott and Adnams 👍👍👍👍

Hi Bob new to your channel and I have ordered a new swift kon-tiki sport 599 very similar to your Motorhome, can I ask what sort of MPG do you get and also what size TVs do you have and where the fitted by the dealer
@BobEarnshawMoHo4 жыл бұрын
I get 27.8 mpg on average. The TVs came from our previous motorhome, the brackets come with the motorhome. The one in the lounge is 21in and way too big. A 16 in like we have in the bedroom would suit me better.
