Ingredients:
2 cups medium grain rice (long grain is fine)
2 1/2 cups water (3 cups for long grain)
1/4 cup oil (any is fine)
1/2-3/4 cup cooked ham (smoked is best!)
1/2 chopped onion
2 tbsp sofrito (I have 2 videos--check them out)
2 tbsp tomato sauce
Stuffed Spanish olives
1 packet Sazón
1 packet of ham flavoring (optional)
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1 can drained chickpeas (garbanzos)
