Another nice video, there is wax in the bottom of the thermostat that once it gets hot it expands and this causes the body of the thermostat to open. Rolls Royce use to use a thermostat that had a material in the large flange of the thermostat that would dissolve when it got to hot, so you over heat the engine. When this material dissolved, there were round holes all the way around the flange to let the coolant to pass through. Great advise concerning thermostats and always worth doing
