I have perioral dermatitis and/or seborrheic dermatitis (or a combo of both) around my nose. I've tried most of these things plus a bunch of prescription products from multiple dermatologists over the years, all of which made it dramatically worse ; ( Any advice for me?

I have to read ingredients. Even soaps, if it contains Sodium laureth sulfate, I will have a reaction.
