My main concern is referring plots. Certainly there are refs who are hurting other teams to keep City winning in some games. Investigate their roles or don’t assign those suspects for such games . We all know and understand the reluctance of th FA and Premier League to find Man City guilty. This would be a huge embarrassment for both entities and the league as whole.
