It’s called Saalamb dhyana: “dhyana with support”(of an object). Sabeej is used in case of all levels of samadhi excepting Nirbeej, because in those levels, the “seed tendencies/sanskaaras” that cause thoughts and emotions, still exist under the surface of concentration.
