I am watching this in October 2020, in the middle of the COVID pandemic. These are difficult times of anxiety, frustration and impatience until the vaccine is available. What a gift it is to stop everything and listen to Thay, to be mindful and just breathe. His wisdom and teachings are balsamic to my soul and well being. My most heartfelt gratitude to everyone at Plum Village for sharing this with us.

One of the best dharma talks ever! Thay at his best!! Making the Dharma simple, joyful, yet very profound. Thank you for these teachings, for that way of presenting and living them! (I notice in the front row a monk, whom I beleive is Bhikkhu Bodhi... quite a teacher and person on his own).

R.I.P. Thay. I will meditate and smile knowing you are part of me, and we are the continuation of Buddha's wisdom, tears, and smiles.

Anyone anywhere can choose to recognize their suffering and breathe with it. It seems he is saying we are something more than the suffering.
